You can send us a photo of an item of clothing that you want a tie or bow tie to match and we will be happy to help find the exact colour that you need.

We accept a variety of payment methods including PayPal:

Credit card - VISA, MASTERCARD, Carte Bleue, AMEX, Airplus, JCB, China UnionPay

Debit card - VISA ELECTRON, VISA Debit, MAESTRO, V.Pay

Delivery

Free Delivery on all UK orders. (Shipped 2nd Class Recorded)

Express mail (UK only)

A standard charge of £8.99 applies no matter how many items are purchased. Items will be dispatched the following day.

Processing time 

We aim for a maximum of 3 days but to be honest we usually post the next working day. Please contact us if you are unexpectedly jetting off for a surprise anniversary trip to Monte Carlo or the dog chewed all your ties and you have a job interview. Please note we value every sale and every customer, we just know how sometimes things crop up somewhat unexpectedly. 

Standard delivery times are 2 days from dispatch but please allow up to 5 days before contacting us. Some items require a signature so please ensure there is someone to sign for the consignment. 

International delivery

A standard charge of £10 for all items to be shipped international. All items are dispatched within 3 working days. Overseas delivery times may vary dependant on the receiving countries.

Estimated delivery times below (please note we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs)

·         Delivery to Western Europe within three working days

·         Delivery to Eastern Europe within five working days

·         Delivery to the rest of the world within seven working days

Customs charges

All import charges will be the responsibility of the receiver. Unfortunately we are unable to know exactly what the charges will be but all items will be marked as a gift.

Sizing

All our items are marked with the correct lengths on the product page on our website. If you require any more information then please get in touch: info@broniandbo.co.uk

We always welcome feedback however good or bad. It means we can keep doing what we are doing or change, it's as simple as that.
